perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale (“C”).
Esto ocurre porque no está definido un lenguaje predeterminado.
Para solucionarlo simplemente ejecutar:
dpkg-reconfigure locales
Agregar el que corresponda a nuestra lengua, y luego definir uno como predeterminado. Con esto quedará solucionado.
